The FCRA regulates the collection, dissemination, and use of consumer information, including consumer credit information. It is designed to protect individuals by promoting accuracy, fairness, and privacy of information reported by consumer reporting agencies. ISS is governed by the FCRA as are all companies that perform pre-employment screening services. ISS operates in full compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA)
ISS operates in full compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA). THis act prohibits employers from discriminating against people with disabilities who are qualified to perform job requirements.
